Its 15 Years since Frank Z passed on[a warning for men to get a regular prostrate cancer check],and now the Indian of the group passes on at age 70.

The Mothers of Invention were formed in 1964 and were disbanded by F Z in 1969.

Jimmy played drums on a lot of albums in my vinyl cupboard such as Lumpy Gravy,Cruisin With Ruben & The Jets,Weasels Ripped My Flesh,We're Only In it for the Money, and Freak Out.

He had also appeared as a singer with the Muffin Men,a Liverpool band that specialised in the music of Zappa and Beefheart.

"An artist never really chooses when and where they will play.It is for promoters to make offers. It comes down as to whether tours are financially viable." Quote John Mayall.
