I don't want to hang up my rock n roll shoes
I get a good time feeling every time I hear those blues.

She put on a great show at Bluesfest, and I was one of many asking for her return
Shock the pants off them up there.

My grateful thanks to Bluesfest for bringing Candye Kane to Bluesfest as part of the simply sensational 25th anniversary lineup.

Following on from her comments about Bluesfest, someone needs to augment this article to include Bluesfest as one of the prestigious festivals at which she has appeared.

"An artist never really chooses when and where they will play.It is for promoters to make offers. It comes down as to whether tours are financially viable." Quote John Mayall.

Damn. Last time I saw her was at the Corner Hotel. She was an artist and human being I really admired. RIP Candye.

been listening to her music. I spoke to her after her show in 2014. She said she had a bad form of cancer but she was continueing living and she advised me to do the same after my cancer. She was a great entertainer and a lovely person. It was an honour to meet her. R I P
