Didn't see that one coming,,,

I think ACDC are losing the plot. Why are they doing this???
Is Axl even capable of singing with that kind of intensity.
Its just crazy, If it works it will be a miracle.

If that works then ACDC will have reinvented itself more times than Pink Floyd.

I was so hoping that the gig would go to Billy Joel's roadie, CHAINSAW.

Heading out for the East Coast / Lord knows I've paid some dues gettin' through, / Tangled up in blues.

I thought the vocals were too high-pitched. At least he has covered up the Foo Fighters logo on the chair.

Bear in mind this is supposedly only for them to complete the current tour, rather than cancelling over 20 dates.

It might be the quality vocalist who seems to have filled in for lots of Aussie bands when all seemed lost.
'Jon Stevens' ??

I'm not a fan of Axl
I do not like Guns n Roses
But I have to confess,I liked what I saw and think he will do a good job with AC/DC.

Everyone always bangs on about Bon being the lead singer.. Brians been the lead singer for close to 40 bloody years.. He got shafted by the Young bros. He's almost 70- cant expect the bloke to belt out those tunes for 2 hrs a night 5 nights a week. He was never on an album sales deal he got paid for the shows he did. He lives stateside.. I doubt they will do that disgusting show that inxs did. But they need a lead singer that can meet the demands.

Axl is a fill in and no chance of being a permanent replacement. hes filling in for big stadiums that they have already sold in the US and Europe hes one of the last remaining rock gods left and theres no chance that anyone with half a brain would ask for a refund.. Its great to see that even an ego as big as axl's would take the chance to live out a boyhood dream and front this iconic aussie rock band.

I'm thinking Angus will probably hang up the school uniform after these gigs.
