Just curious posters...how many of you are also musos?

PS GB That does NOT count as a "musical instrument"!

Buddy Guy is without doubt the best guitar player alive.......the way he plays is beyond anyone. Amen

How Freudian of you

I am a maestro on the C.D., I used to fumble around on the turn-table and cassette as well, but lately just stick to playing the C.D.
Although my instrument is a cheap Chinese knockoff I can still reproduce some of the greatest music ever written.

Heading out for the East Coast / Lord knows I've paid some dues gettin' through, / Tangled up in blues.

Ahhh, the art of the CD master! If only one could have one permanently stationed to play requests of stereo owner (only)...coulda saved so many misplced Records, tapes, CDs, Ipods....

Bindog and any Novacastrians who might be interested in jamming in our new home studio in Newcastle send me an email. Not trying to start a band just want like minded musos to jam with occassionally.

I play guitar/bass/harmonica/vocals in 3 part-time bands:

The Young Once
Prime Numbers
Quasimodo

All available for parties etc! (Sydney & surrounds) Also on the lookout for a keyboard player......

percussion and keys, used to play live, but basically given it up for teaching and fatherhood (with apologies to the neighbours for the occasional breakout jam!)

I play guitar, second bass and mandolin in Brooks Point Blues. Catch us on Youtube or around southwestern Sydney.

Cheers!

I have an idea.

As Hugo and BrettJack are both negative towards Bluesfest, they should form their own joint band where they can have joint Anti-Bluesfest discussions.

"An artist never really chooses when and where they will play.It is for promoters to make offers. It comes down as to whether tours are financially viable." Quote John Mayall.

I'm blessed to be someone that plays and teaches drums full time. Looking forward to seeing some great skin slammers at this years Bluesfest!

Been waiting a long time to see Narada Michael Walden - he'll be playing behind Jeff Beck. Sure it'll be worth the wait
