I thought this may be of interest to some here on the bb.
This film will include exclusive interviews, and never-before-seen photos from Clark’s private collection. Other segments will be shot next year in Texas. Without Getting Killed or Caught will close with a scene from Clark’s 73rd birthday, an intimate in-the-round of stories and songs featuring Guy and his Texas compadres Terry Allen, Rodney Crowell, Steve Earle, Ramblin’ Jack Elliott, Joe Ely, Robert Earl Keen and Jerry Jeff Walker.

Vodka, plastic pop-off, twist one off

The title & fitting line from L.A. Freeway sums up his life. I was hoping that it might have been a book he sure is great with a pen. Too many classics to name - doubt he would make the venture but would love to see him at BF

Thanks for the tip

Tamara Saviano, who is directing the film has written a book as well, I thing it will be published in 2016 and the film will come out in 2017. I saw Guy at the Tribute to him in Austin in 2011, I don't think he's played live since then.

Good stuff although I would love to read the penmanship of Guy reminiscing about Suzanne, Townes & his other contemporaries. His recollections of Townes in Be Here To Love me were a highlight lol.

David you are a lucky man as that was a great line up.

It was a great experience, and probably the best gig i've ever been to (and I've been to a few) I was 2nd row just left of the centre of the stage.
