Up for auction is this classic: Robert Johnson's Soul! Complete with a certificate of authentication. Even the devil has fallen on hard times. Devil say's he's barely used it - only pulled it out when he needed to entertain at parties. Like-new condition. It'll make you play great guitar. Really. You could be famous. More famous than all those guys on www.igetblues.com. They can't play like Johnson. His soul will make you smoke. His soul is smoking now. Well maybe that's because of the location it's being stored in. Place your bid here:

Thanks Sharleen7
A few observations required
1) The seller Princeofdarkness has NO sales history on EBay : Buyer be ware
2) There's the Tommy Johnson vs Robert Johnson argument to be considered.
3) The stated storage conditions would be disastrous for any other organ, would not such an ethereal
tissue as the soul be just as delicate?
4) But to me the greatest caution needs to be the fact that musical genius was achieved only on lossing
the offered viscus?
My parting advice would be to limit any bid amount to the value placed in any of the many Soul Food Recipe Books
as this will probably be its only real use .

Of course you would also be bidding against Mr Noble who will be keen to set up a Crossroads shrine at Tyagarah

Heading out for the East Coast / Lord knows I've paid some dues gettin' through, / Tangled up in blues.
