Hi all,

My wife and I have 5 day camping tickets.
My sister and husband and 2 kids have 3 day camping tickets and are coming to the Bluesfest for the first time.
My question is, as my wife and I have a family size tent and would love to spend more time with the family is my sister able to drive in when they arrive on the fri and shack up with us in the 5 day campground?
My theory is it would be one less tent in the 3 day campground. Even if there is no room for their car at our site by the time they arrive they could just park up in the 3 day site or even the car park.
But I'm not too sure how all the wristbands work between site etc etc.
Any help appreciated.

Cheers, can't wait!

Hi Ricky,
the 5 day season campground and the 3 day campgrounds are in different areas.
They are close - and you can walk between them

Ok thanks for that.
I know it's walking distance but are you saying this can't be done as per the camoing rules?

Hi Ricky,

They could park their car at the three day campground and walk over with their gear.
I don't think you will have a problem as Bluesfest are reasonably easy going.
There is no separation between campgrounds as long as you are all banded.
(IE. you can walk between campgrounds and access the shop ect)

That's how it was last year anyway.

Or leave the second car in the car park so as to go into town/beach/countryside whilst awaiting the later starts.

Heading out for the East Coast / Lord knows I've paid some dues gettin' through, / Tangled up in blues.

Hi Ricky, I am wondering if this means your family is looking to see their three day camping pass? I would be very happy to buy it if that's the case! :)
