At this risk of making myself look amateur, but this i why i love the Bluesfest man.

Until the release of the 1st line up I had never heard of the alabama shakes.

Ive been watching lots of their clips on youtube, and i cant get enough.

Very excited to see them now.

The lead is really something

Happens to all (most) of us.
Sometimes I have a listen to someone that is being talked about and wonder to myself how the hell I haven't been into that band or singer for years, there is just too much out there to be across it all, I stopped worrying about covering all the bases years ago.
Although I still buy Mojo & Uncut and Rhythms every month and have a test listen to the stuff I don't know that gets talked about or reviewed.

Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion man...

i know what your saying, im amazed how people find the time to listen to so many different artists

I saw them at the bdo a couple years back. They where good. Played the hits straight up.

I saw them at JazzFest this year, and did not think that they fitted the hype.

They were on the big Gentilly Stage and may come over better in a Tent? We shall see?
