I might be dreaming, but has anyone created a timetable that is set up by day/time - a bit like the one in the magazine each year - so we can put it on phones/tablets whatever? Unfortunately I just can't visualise things the way the downloadable schedule lays things out. I want to stage hope, and how can I work out the best way? I will say I love the magazine, it's my bible for the festival, but it'd be nice to be able to think about it before hand.

And yes, I know, I should create my own! I was just hoping to cheat!Whistle

the printable version link was probably before ammendments were made.

just download it-then check the newer program and alter the changes.

Dunno if it's like the magazine version Pollymel but yes I did make one (during work hours of course). Best to download the original 1st... hope it's of use:

Schedule

2nd sheet is a blank version for your highlighting pleasure, numbers indicate how many shows each artist plays.

Maybe by next year it will include drop-down menus to make your schedule for you Think

What would be great is an interactive timetable, so you could indicate which acts you want to watch and it calculates that with the minimum number of clashes. It's doing my head in at the moment.

i spent six weeks on the playing schedule to get the most out of my festival... will be printing off the finalised version tomorrow which has 34 full sets & 2 half sets which bridge gaps between full sets.
now on to bluesfest thursday!
hope you all see who you want to, the timetable schedule is always the hardest part of the 5 day experience.

I tried ianandhelena. Attempting to write those formulas in excel was doing my head in as well.

At the moment I've just highlighted the 'once onlys' I wanna see, then any 2s clashing with those and so on.

But yeah interactive by 2015. I'm working on it.
