There's no accounting for taste! I loved that song, I loved the dance, and I love the K-Pop genre generally...

My biggest dislike this year was The Rolling Stones new album. Mind you the title did encapsulate exactly how I felt about it.

If you hate something so much, just walk away.
Not every thing is likeable, as evident by some
of the lame acts at Bluesfest.
You have a choice to go somewhere else, change
channels, buy a different CD.

Dear Kungfool,
As I sit here at my workstation lamenting how crap the last month has been.Usual Xmas aggro, tension etc.I can only endorse what you have said.Do not add to the tension, stress and hate.Just walk away.We do have that choice.

Its unsafe to bottle up negativity its bad for the heart- it should be released unlike the recent albums from fraudsters like Muse, The Stones (the lyrics are straight out of a computer program), or tours from the Stone Roses, or the Cranberries or Niki Minja. The black eyed peas entire discography, Australian idol, Big Brother the farmer wants a wife, hello magazine, A Current Affair, False laughter from radio announcers, Unqualified music show hosts that wouldn’t know music if it killed them, People talking on the buses on their mobiles, that band called “fun” Hamish and Andy, Rove LA, Old people with smart phones, The Queen still appearing on my money, the union jack on the flag instead of a boxing kangaroo, shane warne’s twitter updates, all chart music, train timetables, Will Anderson telling other peoples jokes. Those people on the back of the sunday news paper with fake glasses attending social events? Who are they? what have they contributed to society or the arts? That bird that spews hate in her gossip colums (pick one) that bloke that does the same thing, (get a real job like that guy Scotty Cam)

What’s all this got to do with the blues fest, everything.. . I want to hear a band that are anti all this stuff and ill become a season ticket holder.

The Bluesfest Ice Cream Van know that I order only one flavour...Macadamia Nut.

Might I suggest people check out this song ("I hate" by Passenger) given the nature of this thread. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otFmtLe9NvM

No offence meant I'm sure they were good, it's not in the traditional of Irish acts not to play when they aren't feeling well - otherwise we would never have seen Macgowan live - I saw him vomit into the crowd once in Ireland and still play an epic show. Doloris shouldn't have been so precious!

Dear Macpalin09,
True about Irish acts performing when things are not great.I recall U2 performing in Sydney without Adam Clayton because he was mourning his bust up with Naomi Campbell. Some would say they played better without him.

When they go low-we go high.
