some of you like me will be very excited about this long awaited tour :)

2013 black sabbath tour:

Thursday, April 25 – Entertainment Centre, Brisbane
Saturday, April 27 – Allphones Arena, Sydney
Wednesday, May 1 – Rod Laver, Melbourne
Saturday, May 4 – Perth Arena, Pert


General tickets go on sale midday Thursday, November 8 and an exclusive presale will be available to Live Nation members from 9am Friday, November 2 until 5pm Monday.

nah - I saw them in 1973 when they were at the top of their game and WarPigs was the best song in the world at the time

I'll be there. I grew up listening to Sabbath and they are still one of my favourite bands. They have so many classic songs and I never get sick of hearing them, they have stood the test of time. It's a real shame that they can't work out the contract issues with Bill Ward, it will not be the real thing without him, he's a powerhouse on the drums. We need the four original members playing on the album and tour. I was excited when it was first announced they were reforming but the excitment was soon gone when Bill Ward pulled out. It will still be great, but not as special as having all four original band members taking part.

funny how black sabbath have got rod laver arena,great venue,and ringo starr has got festival hall,which is where the beatles played in 1964 and probably hasnt changed much since,rod laver arena holds about 14000 plus,and festival hall maxes out at about 4500,both would be great shows........
