Weren't they bloody fantastic! Neal was sensational... shoulda told him so when I saw him cruising around Mojo on Friday morning in his groovy red pants.

They were great despite no 100 Days of Rain or Tulsa Yesterday. The groove on Shore Power was waist-deep.

Only problem was the sound mix on Friday (at least from the right of stage) was nowhere near as good as Thursday. Couldn't hear Neal's guitar or vocals really, a shame.

Wish they were playing the Tivoli this week!

Loved their show, added a couple of their CD's to the collection, cruised home from Bluesfest with big moon ritual playing non-stop! Agree that there is a Grateful Dead feel about them.

They are as close to the Grateful Dead edict as you can get. Brilliant both nights. Whilst I know Chris Robinson is a daily toker, I'm pretty sure that the Nimbin Gold hit him pretty hard half way through the second set. Trying to come out of the cacophony in the middle of Vibration & Light Suite, he was completely lost for a while and had Neal laughing and trying to get him to follow the chord progression. Hilarious! Glad you enjoyed them Waffles!

They were excellent and the incense added to the trippy vibe as well as helping disguise the keyboard players occasional toking.

The footage that comes out of Lock'n each year is fabulous. The CRB back at Bluesfest in 2017 would be fantastic. A late afternoon set in Jambalaya would be perfect!

Nice. How good is Neal Casal? His harmonies are spot on.
