YHA Murwullimbah
One of 3 remaining old style YHA's in Aussie.
Small hostel..only 8 bed bunkrooms .
Only $32 per night.
You can hire a towel for $1.
Relaxed atmosphere in country town
Old sea captain's house beside river.
Nice balcony to sit out on.
Serves free ice cream at 8pm.
Found a lovely art deco movie theatre in the town and watched the Marilyn Munroe movie..
Supermarket is handy.
Good variety of eating places.
Closer to Nimbin than Byron.
Close to Tweed heads.
No traffic jams to Bluesfest.
Was fully booked at easter on the odd night for the first time.
Reg used to live in the town.

I have stayed at Lyrebird Motel in Mullimbimby for the last 4 Fests I have become
a reg so I have a permanent standing booking now. Its clean and decent only 125
a night for 4 nights. New bookings may find it difficult to book a room. Probably one
othe closest locations to Tyagarah and a good farmers market on Good Friday.

So do you wear a head scarf like Reg.
Would Tribali think you were a hippie like Reg.
