Hi there,

My husband and I are looking for accommodation options for Fri, Sat and Sun nights of the festival-we can't afford much more than $400 for the stay so we aren't looking for a 5 bedroom mansion! We really only want a dry clean bed, a shower and a cup of tea in the morning and being close enough to the festival or the shuttle bus drop offs.

Second option is if anyone has decent camping gear in Byron that they wouldn't mind hiring out to us, we would be really interested.

If anyone can help out we would be forever indebted!

If you are interested I could use the single bed at the motel I'm staying at and you two could have the double bed.
Not a lot of privacy in that option, but there you go..

Also, not certain how much the owner would want for that scenario, but if you are interested
I could find out and get back to you.
(See my post in this section for 'some' details)

[ UPDATE ]
It is starting to look like I may not be able to attend BluesFest.
Nothing definite yet, but in that case, the room 'may' be available to someone I nominate etc..
if you are interested send a PM
Only 40 days or so to go, don't miss out..

Hi Freexone, thanks for your offer, really kind. We are probably going to end up camping at Byron because we are flying from Adelaide and won't have a car :-(

My issue resolved too, just found out we know someone who knows someone who lives in Tyagarah and thanks to their generous hospitality, we could be camping at theirs.

Have a great Festival!
