I am wondering what the VIP area is like and whether it is worth purchasing these tickets or not. Has anyone bought these tickets before? If yes, could you describe the area and what is included? Which tent is it close to?
Thanks, Lucinda

I'd like to know too because I was thinking of getting VIP tickets for next year. There is an explanation on this site about what you get with VIP but it would be nice to hear it from someone who has actually bought them. Thanks.

VIP means toilets are cleaned more regularly. No lineup for drinks. Comfy lounge.
As to access to the artists, this is dubious as most artists hang with their band or
people of similar calibre they might admire.
You don't get any more chit chat than if you lined up at the artist signings.
Then like frequent flyer programs, things may have changed.
Most of the music action is within 50 feet of the stage down the front.
Rock on!

Apart from that good ex Catholic school boy Tim Finn,it seems

"An artist never really chooses when and where they will play.It is for promoters to make offers. It comes down as to whether tours are financially viable." Quote John Mayall.
