hahaha!!!...
spot on dan, here is one of the best examples...

Is there an ATM on site?
Yes – but only one, there’s no way one ATM will be able to provide enough cash for the number of people we’re expecting

we are not catering to those coming, expect bad service...

i reckon they will be refusing entry based on smiles on punters faces...

Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion man...

Grumpy sounds good to me. Where do I sign?

A very nice spot with the pub teetering above the beach.

I stopped there a couple of years ago, and had a fairly ordinary fish and chip experience (not the pub). Just thought you'd be interested.

I often do. Due to the overwhelming public interest in my last anecdote, let me expand more fully. Enjoy!

A couple of years back I was travelling north from Victoria after attending the excellent but now sadly defunct Harvest Festival. Featured acts included Lisa Miller, Steve James, Mary Gauthier, Dave Graney's Currently Strangley Named Ensemble, The Church and a number of others. Very good.

It was there I had the pleasure of meeting the legendary Dan 'Rocksteady' Condon, as he was more commonly known at the time.
I took the coastal route home for the scenery and maybe avoid a few of the pill popping tobaccy chewing diesel fuming truck drivers populating our fair nation's highways.

I stopped at Port Albert which was the location of what was to become the first in a series (of two) fish and chip experiences. This was excellent, order your feast through the little window next to the pub. While it's cooking go into the pub to enjoy a Victorian novelty size glass of beer. Look at the locals. Cracking!

By Tathra I was in severe need of an honest hamburger, so went to the 'hamburger' shop. It seemed to be going to plan so far, but little did I know............... The young lad at the counter informed me that they were not doing hamburgers as it was getting towards closing time. WTFingF???
I duly ordered the seafood, which was a bit ordinary.
