Nigel Hall - Ladies & Gentlemen - a wonderful soulful and funk album

Nigel Hall has built a mighty foundation of funk over the years onstage and in the studio with collaborators including the Warren Haynes Band, Jon Cleary, Soulive, Oteil Burbridge and Roosevelt Collier, Ledisi, the Soul Rebels, Lettuce and countless others.

I would love for him to come to Bluesfest with Lettuce or with his own band.

He toured last year with Jon Cleary

A mate brought the CD back from France. You'll have to go to her website and buy from there:

http://www.moonlightbenjamin.com

Forget Aus Amazon...last time I looked there it was over $50. Much cheaper to buy direct from the artist :) At least you'll know you'll be one of very very few in Aus to have her music! I'm seriously thinking of missing a day of New Orleans jazzfest to drive to Lafayette and see her at the International Festival de Lousiane, I think she is that good. Read about her...she is a remarkable young woman.

I subscribe to the French streaming service Deezer and they have 3 albums by her. Seems easier
