Dale Watson & his Lonestars were one of my highlights of Bluesfest 2011.

Very accessible,great vocals & instrumentation.

There are plenty more such artists where these guys come from.

For example,I am presently listening to a CD by Canadian country artists Prairie Oyster "Everybody Knows"

It is a refreshing change from hearing "Copperhead Road" or "The devil went down to Georgia" countless times.
