at 58, far too young. Wild frontier is still one of the greatest albums. He played with BB & other greats, pity not to see him again.....especially at BF. RIP

Very sad another great guitarist goes by the wayside.

There was recent photo on one website this morning & he was looking very chubby.

Damn shame. I wish I had seen him perform. Second only to Rory Gallagher in the pantheon of Irish guitarists. Hope they're jamming now, together with Phil Lynott on bass. Would love to hear that. All died too young - Rory 47, Phil 36.

Loved this guy, so sad. Close as you get, was an awesome return album. Was hoping for G M revival.

promised by email by BB King he would do a tribute to gary Moore, but he must of forgot... R.I.P Gary, the LORD OF THE STRINGS...............
