Jon Cleary was the very first artist I saw at my first Bluesfest (thanks to my wife's suggestion). I hadn't heard of him but I became an instant fan. I would love to see him back for the 30th.

Agree & needs to be preceeded by the Rockabilly Riot.

"An artist never really chooses when and where they will play.It is for promoters to make offers. It comes down as to whether tours are financially viable." Quote John Mayall.

I would really love to tick one or two of these off my bucket list:

STEVIE WONDER
IGGY POP
TOM WAITS
DOLLY PARTON (really should have gone to the last couple of tours)
PETER GABRIEL
ARETHA, TINA, JONI (shame none of these 3 will ever happen)

Now that's a suggestion worthy of a truckload of support! Don't know how keen he is on travel, but he has been here before.

With you all the way Waffles, I think ol' slow hand is suffering big time with peripheral neuropathy in his back and leg and not appearing frequently esp. O.S. Two N. American shows in Oct but that's all on the horizon.
