The water table is high and it is forecast to rain each day. It depends on what the low is doing how much rain or just showers.

@ Sydney airport ATM having a liquid brunch...at this rate I may end up arriving in my birthday suit & have a police escort off the plane.
BTW my flight time has not changed & arrival is in Queensland time.
Look toward to catching up.

Haha....sounds like what we might be doing tomorrow on our way up from Hobart. Will probably also start with a liquid brekkie as well.

I made sure to have a healthy brekkie toast with jam black coffe & lots of orange juice...loaded with equal parts vodka!
I can feel the vitamin C coursing through my system @ this very moment.

Yesterday the 14 day forecast looked like a lot of rain but today, there's rain but bot a lot.

Maybe the outfall from the cyclone is changing.

Anyway, flying from Canberra this arvo.

All is looking good for my ninth BF!

Yeah, it's been raining on and off through last night and this morning.
Looks like it might be clearing up a little now.
Next few days doesn't look too bad.

the site doesn't need any more rain.its a bit muddy in parts and last night was the smallest crowd ive seen for a few years. which was great for the brave ones.
citizen cope I liked. very laid back but distinctive voice.
Lukas nelson and potr were a little bit too country on a few songs but entertaining.
loved govt mule.best set of the day.
all our exs live in texas, great 4 girl harmonies.
Jason isbell....great vocals and storytelling.
didn't catch all of hurray for the riff raff,so will see again before I decide.
npg weren't my cup of tea but appealed to the dance/singalong crowd.
joe louis walker put in a great set.
today should be more crowded and some areas will probably get muddier....gumboots are the go!

I don't want to hang up my rock n roll shoes
I get a good time feeling every time I hear those blues.

Ha......Tent Motel for comfort. Tick. Rain incessant on first day and we are sited at the bottom end in the middle of a marsh/bayou/bog. Spending half our day trying not to coat everything in sticky black mud. Oh the joys.....

Our sympathies. We did the tent motel for our first in 14 and got lucky with perfect weather and agreed that was our one and only time camping as we were never going to get that lucky again. We like our comfortable dry cabin to come home to especially after taking an hour to escape from the car park, something you campers never have to worry about.

Mostly sunny yesterday and today here at my place in Maclean (about an hour and half's drive south of Byron). Is it the same up there in Byron area?

Turned out to be a beautiful day on Sunday, apart from one heavy shower in the evening. Probably the warmest (temperature wise) Bluesfest I've ever been to.
