Hi team, Fraser here, Uber driver/private transfer driver.

For anyone Ubering around at some stage...
Here is a rare $20 Uber promo code for first-timers.

Download the app from uber.com/app

Tap the menu.
Tap Payment.
Tap Add Promo.
Enter the promotion code: uberfreebie2

First-time riders only.
Code is valid Australia-wide.
Feel free to pass on to any friends who do not have the app yet.

Please choose a safe/legal area for pick ups.

GC airport to Bluesfest is around $90 (normal traffic), so around $70 with the promo.

For the newbies.
UberX (4 passengers) is pot luck with the car. You may get a micro, an 8 seater, or a prestige. UberX is the only option in Byron. Many places have UberXL (minimum 6 passengers, although most are vehicles with 2 very small rear seats), and UberSelect (BMW, Audi etc).
Keep in mind there is also a thing called surge pricing, which is a fare increase based on supply/demand. Surge pricing in Byron with the last festival was a regular thing, which on many occasions reached 5.9x normal rates.

(No connection with Uber)

For the chance to guarantee a vehicle (including 8 seaters) in this high demand period you may like to pre-book through my network.
Booking form: www.ridewithfraser.com
Text me for a quote. Please do not fill out the booking form until you have contacted me by text.
Cheers, Fraser

P.S. If wishing to get to Brisbane or the airport Monday night I'll likely have a vehicle leaving 11pm'ish. $150/seat.
