For all those new to BF please see these guys a few years back I was very new and green to bluesfest but the amazing and loyal members of this forum opened my eyes and I'll never forget it.

Yes we all have had a discussion in all things except great music and this to me is my best and even if this may be my last BF to me the mule is the best and really without this forum I would've missed them

I may have been able to work them in twice on my schedule. Definitely will not be missing them or Walter Trout.

No better song at Bluesfest than Govt Mule playing "Sunshine"! But their setlists vary like the Dickens!!!

With you Waffles- he is the name act at this years fest in my opinion (but I am biased). I reckon it could be jam heaven with the other talented guitarists on the bill. Will be lining up for both timeslots over Easter.

There are not many artists I will make an effort to see more than once over a weekend but Govt Mule are a definite. In fact if they were on 5 days...

We can only wait and hope. Would be a blast at either of their timeslots.

They are the best. Versatility is the key. Would love to hear Alllmam Bros greats like Whippin' Post, Midnight Rider, Melissa. Could be played at a blink. Here's hoping.

Can't wait to see the Mule again.
I missed them in 2014 as I couldn't attend.

The first time I saw them was at Bluesfest 2000 when I didn't know who they were, I just walked into the tent when they were starting and they blew me away.
I had to buy the Life before Insanity cd straight away after seeing them. The signing tent queues weren't as long then and I was lucky enough to get it signed by all three original member. R.I.P. Allen Woody.

So many clashes the first two nights I was going to give them a reluctant miss but based on the previous messages on this post I now know that to be a daft decision so back to the BF planner app. I know I can fit them In somewhere!

Yep....an absolute must. Being a Mule virgin (as far as their live stuff is concerned - only started coming to BF in ' 16, oh stupid me) makes it all the more desperate for me.
