Waffles,
ASAIK there are 2 types of 1 day tickets.
Some time ago there were 1 day tickets on sale that were open - you just turn up on any day you want.
I think that they were a limited release.
Now I believe that you have to nominate which day and yes the price is more for Monday.

Yes we have 1 day tickets for Friday and Sunday, you have to pick the day you want.

Weird that Monday costs more as there are less acts.

the reason monday tickets are $199 is because that was originally supposed to be a lionel richie show at the brisbane entertainment center with ticket prices of $199 for A reserve seats so with the date being moved to bluesfest they kept the ticket price at the same amount. nothing strange about it at all if you knew what happened with that one.

It all makes sense now. Not enough tickets sold on the Monday means way less bands. 4 bands on a main stage is terrible for a β€œworld class” festival.

They took lionel in who didn’t sell enough tickets at Brisbane then tried to sell tickets at the same price makes sense πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•

Dear Skot,

I don't see why it wouldn't.. I'm choosing to go on the Sunday. Maybe you should call or email someone at the Bluesfest office and ask ?

ps. I can't check what it has printed on my ticket at the moment as I'm away from my home this week.

That would mean he can go whichever day he wants then. I checked my Bluesfest account and it says I bought my tickets last August at $154 each.
