Or is that itt? Just asking... as it’s not clear.

Can some victims stop spamming this forum about other festivals and instead give us tips etc about some of the acts that are at this festival. I could start a thread about Thunderdome in Utrecht but it would be just as pointless.

Its clearly the final lineup.
It was worded that the last announcement "rounds out the lineup for Bluesfest"
Thats it, done.

Well, my tip is to you tube every act you haven't heard of and get a feel for their music.

The other way we have found great acts is by word of mouth, many an act we have stumbled upon from other Bluesfest attendees, generally while waiting in line to get in, eat or drink.

Different artists draw people into BF . For me personally this year it's Gov't Mule as the highlight. However each year it's been artists new to me that have had the biggest impact. In recent times St Paul & the Broken Bones were a revelation two years ago and their attendances growing day by day by virtue of word of mouth around the site. Melody Angel, Songhoy Blues, The Record Company, Lloyd Spiegel, Lukas Nelson, Hussy Hicks, Steve Smyth and many others. One of the joys of a 5 day camping ticket is the opportunity to see the lesser heralded artists which imo is the essence of BF- walking past a tent and hearing something that draws you in.
This year's bill has a real good mix. You know what you will get from Melissa Etheridge , Jackson Browne, Percy etc. Lauryn Hill might be special but is unpredictable. Ke$ha...well we'll see I guess. Overall, it's a great mix of big names, classic artists and, what Peter excels at year after year, finding up and coming masterful musicians from near and far.
So now bring on the set times and let the planning begin!

I think there's more than enough to make it an enjoyable event.

When they go low-we go high.
