Well it must be so because she dresses very much like native Pacific people.

I didn't watch her last time she played Bluesfest.
Was she wearing that outfit? pretty edgy isnt it?

Could she get away with wearing that at Bluesfest?

She was dressed like that at her last Sydney gigs...

But I don't know if an all ages event would allow it, to me its nothing... just a bit of nudity.

It is significant that her bra cup size is A.
Anyway the focus surely is on the body paint and headdress.

I saw Grace Jones at Bluesfest.. can't remember what she wore (or didn't wear) but she was fabulous.

If I remember correctly the crowd was quite small because it clashed with Dylan's set (which I had walked out of earlier).

Queenstown is a beautiful place.. was there a couple of months ago.

It was 2011!
I have a little snippet of her on this video, it starts at 11.09.
Keep watching after for some great music from Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks.

I think Grace Jones and Kate Bush are the two best concerts/live performances I have ever seen...

She’s spectacular and would be a sensational addition to this line up. Rangers comments re her cans bring this conversation to a very strange place and is certainly a first for this forum.. fascinating stuff………

Congratulations on a great advertising campaign which in snippets displays the magnificent lineup.
The only strange bit is Toots & The Maytals covering John Denver.

we have just found out the reason as to why grace jones is coming out this way... the splendour & falls festival organisers have just announced a new sydney city limits festival for february 24 which grace will be playing. i would assume other dates around australia will be added in the coming weeks.

She is playing the festival in Sydney and only 1 exclusive side show in Melbourne at the Palais. (just confirmed)
So no Bluesfest...

I'm pleased I got my ticket for Queenstown before it sold out.

But she should be number 1 on the bill not number 6.
And definitely not lower than anyone from Au.

I agree Grace Jones is the clear Headliner on that bill, nothing else really comes close or really interests me.
And one minute Melbourne was "exclusive" and then Adelaide was added ?
Anyway I decided to travel to the Adelaide show from Brisbane, I doubt any more shows will be added now.
Adelaide seemed like the most attractive option to me (will use velocity points, I have loads), I think that Sydney festival show will be full of people on "drugs" with something like Justice billed at the top.
Melbourne is fully seated, who wants to sit down at a Grace Jones show...
Adelaide tickets were the cheapest and front of stage is standing (dancing) and I get a nice little holiday and can revisit my childhood town. win win

Yes Adelaide is clearly the most underrated city in Au.
And as S A is the driest state, there will be alot less insects to bite you than in the wet regions such as NNSW.
