CD Baby - Is an internet site i bang on about @ times on the bb.
They have cd & digital downloads. The last few downloads (im impatiant so dont like to wait for the tunes) cost me $10 -$15.
Some good music but not all the most well known artists.
The other reason i like the download option is if i lose music i have the option of a redownload @ no cost.
My last few downloads

Harmonic Tribe - THe Awakening
Featuring 2 of Willy Nelsons sons on vocals lead guitar & drums.
The music they play is nothing like Willy Nelsons exept perhaps the first tune, with 2 singers i'ts a mixture of rock blues & reggae.

Swamp Cabbage- Honk.
Lead singer & guitarist Walter Parks has a rather gruff voice ( think Tom Waits after a throat lozenge) but it suits the music being played.

A review from cd baby.

If you haven't heard these guys before you're missin' out! if you could mix the blues, gospel, old-skool country, chicken-pickin' porch playin' n'orlins corner sittin' music into a stew filled with louisiana swamp water (including the crawdads, 'gators' and bottom feeders) and a good dose of hot sauce, this is what it would sound like!!

Joe West - Jamie Was a Boozer.
&
The Human Cannonball.

If Lou Reed grew up in the Southwest - he would be Joe West. Smart Quirky Songwriting with a Rockin Alt.Country band with a Punk Attitude
Some very alt Country.
