It would be great to actually put a face to the posters this year. Especially if we meet up at the Rails for pre fest lunch/drinks. Design your own t-shirt with your forum name and hope no-one slaps you in the back of the head! Bahaha. Could be fun tho.

Doesn't that make it too easy? I thought the awkward conversation starters were half the fun.

Waffles and Rabbitoh managed to pick me at the Rails last year, but then I did provide a meticulous self-description.

I went a couple of years back but didn't fancy the awkward conversations so didn't end up speaking to anyone except the bar staff.

This reduced my level of discomfort considerably. I think I may have seen Reg but am unsure as I didn't actually speak to him. Then I left.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I wondered who the tall mature dude with the cowboy hat was last year at the Rails. He looked like a poster , but decided to just enjoy the local brew and lunch. Can anyone give me an idea who that person may have been? I will be there for said libations before hand. Might see if curlyloc or anyone from Newie will join me and Hubby. Cheers

Thanks Wildthang - but we are staying in Bruns so won't get the Rails (too much of a detour).

Being Novacastrians you will find us at 5pm at Caba Caba Ray seeing Mojo Juju. You know what to look for!

Buddy Guy is without doubt the best guitar player alive.......the way he plays is beyond anyone. Amen
