hes doing a huge tour-lots of local dates.

I don't want to hang up my rock n roll shoes
I get a good time feeling every time I hear those blues.

Along with Hideaway, the return of Bob Brozman to bluesfest would be really welcome news.

This guy frustrates the shit out of me!
He was billed as the new B B King and I had no argument - just killer vocals, guitar and simply that "presence" - I thought he was the future

Then, over the past few years he somehow lapsed into mawkish dross!

I hope it's just a phase he'll get over - otherwise such a huge waste of a very special talent

I'll be there for him yet again but at the first "I love you ........ do-be-do-be-do" I'm out, tearing my hair out in frustration ......... just like the past 3-4 years

Doesn't this guy know how good he is?!

My travelling companion watched him last time and told me he had forgotten how good he is.

I'd rather have Chris Cain as my B B King substitute.

Bring him to Bluesfest.

I know Mr Bindog would agree.

"An artist never really chooses when and where they will play.It is for promoters to make offers. It comes down as to whether tours are financially viable." Quote John Mayall.

I thought Hideaway headlining the Crossroads one night in 2007 ripped the roof off the joint. Classy set. But looking at the gaps in the schedule, any of the available time slots/stages would be beneath where he belongs, except maybe a couple of those Jambalaya ones.

Agree whole-heartedly. The first time I saw him he was brilliant, the next few nowhere near so. I'd still see him again on the strength of that first time though!
