There's plenty of time. Nobody's attempted to answer it, so I'm not going to give up the solution. The clues are map references.

Ballyshannon, Ireland and Seattle, USA both play Gaelic football. The local team at Ballyshannon had a Rory Gallagher play there and manage them in the late '70s. Also born in the same town and having a statue and festival in his honour was the respected blues guitarist Rory Gallagher -the link musically.

You're spot on with Ballyshannon and Rory, also Seattle, but the link isn't the right one.

Only other link I could see was not music but the sport of Gaelic football but I’ve been lost on this one after the reference to Ballyshannon & The Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festiva.

Not Gaelic football. Not the tribute festival. Ballyshannon was one of the map references which was Rory's birthplace. So far, second Map Ref→Ballyshannon→Rory. First Map Ref→Seattle.

Could the link be this album from 1974 ? Rory's album " TATTOOED LADY IN SEATTLE"

I hadn't thought of that as a possible link but no, not what I'm thinking of. The connection I have in mind originates in the mid-sixties, 1964-1967 or thereabouts.

Lesson 1 How to run a quiz

The Glimmer twins grow up a block or two from each other, then one moved away
When their paths next crossed in 1961 which two phonographic albums ignited a spark still burning today ?
