I've never been nasty to anyone here but have had posts deleted and was even banned for a while a few years ago. I still don't know what I did..

Why?

It was probably some over the top reaction by the mod.

A few of them have happened over the years, due to if they disagree with you, rightly or wrongly.

That is not the essence of a true forum.

I have mentioned before, that not everyone has to a cheer leader. Or a prophet of doom for that matter.

Just let a forum, be a forum for diverse opinions, as long as they are voiced in a correct and respectful manner.

Indeed he has been shifted to the Mojo spot on the daily schedule.
Against Mary J Blige.

Well that is actually great for me.
I was worried Mary J Blige might clash with someone good and I'd miss out on seeing her.
Now there's no contest.

I hope you drag a crowd with you to Mary J to free up more space in Mojo!

The nips are gettin' bigger!

I'm just hoping the Patti Smith acoustic set isn't on Mojo just prior to Jimmy Buffett.
Aside from the fashion atrocities, imagine trying to hear an acoustic performance over a horde of rat-arsed baby boomers!

Totally agree, I hope Patti is on earlier in the day, at least with one set between her and the headliner Jimmy Muppet.

Whilst speaking to bluesfest office staff yesterday,it was mentioned that the level of rudeness directed towards them since Neil Young dropped out has been pretty high.
I find that very very sad.
They are doing their best.

Must be a lot of Neil Young fans out there.
Who presumably will have wanted to be preached to,not entertained,by the replacement act.
