This is enough for me to consider to do the Great Southern again.............very tempted.
I recently called into the Louisiana Music Factory (which almost put me onto a bread and water diet for the rest of my trip..but that's another story!!!).
They started playing Lil Band o Gold just as I was leaving so we got into conversation again. Seems that CC is a friend of the shop, plays there a bit, he has a bar in a Lafayette and they stocked his juke box (still haven't been paid!!) has been working on the DVD for ages , hopefully soon, but who knows..In their words....'he's a bit of a mess when it come to sorting things out!!!

Great news about the band, may have to get up to Caloundra after Bateman's Bay. Looking forward to to movie coming out. Nice to see you and Julie at the winter ball the other week.

It's an absolute privilege and delight that again we get to see the heart and soul of Southern Louisiana music performed here by one of the truly great bands who, bizarrely, is barely known outside their home state. This is the true source...thank you!!
