The Shag is a dance style - popular in the late 50's early 60's - bands such as Maurice Williams and The Zodiacs - who did 'Stay' play songs that are fine to do the Shag to.

Barbecue Bob Hicks

Smokey Hogg

T-Bone Walker

Catfish Keith

As for those with blind @ the start of the name

Blind Joe Reynolds

Blind Teddy Darby

Blind Blake

Blind Roosevelt Graves

Blind Boy Grunt AKA - Bob Dylan who sang folk songs under that name but later went on to sing a few blues tunes.

Dylan also used the names Elston Gunnn, Tedham Porterhouse, Lucky Wilbury/Boo Wilbury, Elmer Johnson, Sergei Petrov, Jack Frost, Jack Fate, Robert Milkwood Thomas.
The guy had more aliases than a wanted man.

Last call to fill in the missing posters against their anagrams, the Long Weekend will see its end.

In the mean time History of Stagger Lee 1896

Home : gives a brief overview

The list : gives you 424 variations of a theme. Clicking on a version often gives at least a sample of the song
Check out Armand Manzy —a Fats Domino feel at Amateur Night at the famous Apollo Theater

History : Gives 12 pages to his-story
